Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-08-23
Effective: 23 Aug 2026
Under the CCPA/CPRA and equivalent US state statutes you may direct a business to stop selling or sharing your personal information for targeted advertising. Here is what that means on this site, and how to do it.
What Is Actually Involved
To be precise about what is and is not happening: Standrelief does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, where advertising is displayed on standrelief.com, advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners, and state law may classify that as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. We therefore make the opt-out available rather than rely on a narrow reading. The opt-out covers all visitors to standrelief.com, including readers interested in Standrelief who simply read an article and leave.
Once You Have Opted Out
Your choice stops advertising identifiers being shared. Ads may persist in an untargeted form. Everything else about reading standrelief.com stays the same; opting out carries no cost or reduction in service.
Registering Your Choice
You can opt out by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which this site honours automatically without any message from you; by declining advertising cookies in the consent banner where it appears; or by emailing hello@standrelief.com under the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. None of these routes requires you to register.
This is one right among several; the rest are in our State Privacy Notice.
